Amazon Puppy

I just opened my mailed copy of Unrest from Amazon and lo and behold there was a golden retriever puppy inside! Was this my promised give-away? But where was the book? And who cares?!

In all honesty, I saw this photograph of the "Amazon Puppy" on a Twitter feed so I thought I'd post it in loving memory of my golden retriever, Fenway, who was right beside me the entire time I wrote Unrest. We miss you Fenway! You'd be proud of Mom. For those of you who'd like to see a photograph of my faithful, golden retriever, Fenway, who once looked as beguiling as this, it is posted in the acknowledgment section of my novel.
