Sandra Ann Heath grew up around the world, including the countries of Greece, Iran, England, Germany, and the United States. In 1978, her family was relocated to Iran where this fictional story takes place, and during the prelude to the Iranian Revolution. She now lives in New England with her husband and two sons. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in writing from SUNY Plattsburgh. Her day job is in banking.
